The obituary listed one of her kids as living in Kerrville and gave the name of the cemetery where Russ was buried. Not able to find any information about her Aunt Florence we hoped that she was buried near Russ. We made a trip to the edge of town to where the cemetery was located and walked around looking for new grave sites. After about an hour Sherry found Russell grace with a temporary marker but Aunt Florence wasn't near by.
The next week we still hadn't reached Jenny so we researched more and found her aunts obituary which said that she was in the same cemetery as Russ. We made another visit and walked about 75% of the graves and I found the site. It wasn't even close to Russ. We would've thought that Russ and Jenny would of bought a blot that they would be with their Mom. Not so but we were happy to find it.
Right after Christmas, Sherry got a phone call. It was her cousin Jenny. What a surprise! Sherry's sister Jane had sent Jenny a 'Christmas card with pictures of the kids. Jenny has only seen their pictures and made a call to Libertyville, IL to talk to her. In their discussion she told Jenny that we were in Kerrville and had tried numerous time to reach her, so Jane gave her Sherry's cell number. Thus the visit started. We made plans to meet dinner fur dinner and that her daughter Jackie and husband Mark would join us. It was a get evening.
We was also invited to her house on Sunday for cake with ice cream with the family. Did I tell you that her cousin Jenny is 89 years old.
