We started our day earlier today. Now don't take this wrong. We are awakened most every day by the Snicker alarm. That is our dog telling us it is 6AM and he is ready to eat. We might get up but we usually don't start moving till mid morning.
Today we kicked into gear for our move from Mission to Corpus Christi, Texas. The temperature is in mid 70's with a light breeze. We prepared the trailer, hitched the truck, paid our electric bill, and said our good-bys to our neighbors.
We headed north and had to pass through a border patrol check point, our first. We didn,t know what lane to get in or what to we were to do. It was a breeze. I guess we looked to old to cause any concern.
Ater three hours we arrived at Hatch RV Park and got set up. The temp had dropped 10 degrees. We were quickly welcomed by the folks next door and invited to happy hour. We passed for today and instead went for some groceries at Walmart. Good thing we have our GPS. Corpus Christi is difficult to get around in and she worked great.
We will be here till March 1st.
